Responsibilities:

• Manage and create personalized engagement with follow-up to leads and clients
• Develop and execute marketing plans that include digital, email, social media, and print
• Research industry trends to stay relevant with marketing strategies
• Design (templates provided) marketing materials using products like Canva
• Maintain cohesive branding across all platforms - digital and print
• Maintain websites - updating and adjusting content
• Consistently checking online profiles - Zillow, Realtor.com, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc. – maintain reviews, content, photos, and engaging with reviews/questions
• Create, strategize, and upload social content on Planoly (graphics, captions, hashtags)
• Develop and maintain client presentations/packets - visualizations, communication, and follow-up
• Manage social media engagement and responses when necessary
• Promote and manage community events and engagement (client events, classes, etc.)
• Manage and create swag/inventory for brand reputation
• Putting together client gift baskets, sending holiday birthday cards
• Running errands needed for business, store runs, etc.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas
• Flexibility and ability to pivot when tasks priorities change

This position has great potential to grow into a higher hourly pay and more hours per week/month. This is starting at 40 hours per month; as we generate more business based on these activities and the business grows, this position will grow with it.

Must be based in or near the Seattle area -- planning for one/day a week in office and the remaining time can be from home if preferred.
