Procurement Project Manager for Honeywell International, Inc. in Charlotte,NC
Responsibilities:
Implement SAP Business Network globally, including leading the end-to-end implementation of the SAP Business Network within the procurement department.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system functionalities.
Conduct comprehensive system testing, user training, and change management activities to ensure a successful transition to the new system.
Continuously monitor system performance and provide ongoing support to resolve technical issues or user challenges.
Develop and execute a supplier enablement strategy to onboard and integrate suppliers onto the SAP Business Network.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring compliance with system requirements and processes.
Streamline the supplier onboarding process by implementing efficient workflows and self-service capabilities.
Monitor supplier performance, track key metrics, and identify collaboration and process improvement opportunities.
Develop and implement change management strategies to drive the adoption of the new procurement processes and systems.
Engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure awareness, understanding, and acceptance of changes.
Create training content and training plans for the employees and suppliers.
Conduct training sessions, workshops, and communication campaigns to equip employees with the knowledge and skills needed for successful adoption.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.

40 hours/week
