Monitor, report and maintain savings and reporting of 3rd party contract spend. Works closely with Sourcing teammates and LOB and Finance business partners to establish and maintain a structure for estimating, tracking, and reporting project and contract savings that is accurate, effective and repeatable.Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Act as the savings analytical engine of the company to manage and streamline procurement savings process. Design, manage and maintain a multi-dimensional savings database for standard and ad hoc reporting of savings for ESM executives and key stakeholders. Support spend optimization/challenge programs by leading contract spend review and rationalization. Track and maintain accuracy and proper documentation for all savings and value-added activities. Develop financial models for pricing, cost and benefits analysis. Oversee the accuracy, timeliness and quality of management reports and executive dashboards. Support TSSM Leadership team in developing strategic planning and long term financial plan. Monitor and report actual performance against budget/forecast targets. Design and maintain a process to track and report company-wide supplier rebates and credits. Provide input to various financial reports and glean insights for procurement and corporate leadership.
Required Qualifications:

BA or BS with concentration in Business, Finance, Accounting or Supply Chain Management 10 Years of relevant experience in spend analytics or financial planning and analysis in the Financial Services industry or within a Procurement organization Detail-oriented with excellent analytics skills Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products Demonstrated problem solving skills and ability to plan strategically Strong business acumen
Preferred Qualifications:
Relational database or other vendor software preferred (e.g. ARIBA, Coupa) Demonstrated Multi-tasking, time-management and communication skills MBA or CPA preferred
