Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:

• Assists with communication to customers regarding project status
• Responsible for general administrative function to support the Service fulfillment process
• Responsible for generating, interpret and print various assigned reports
• Purchase Card Reconciliation -responsible for allocating purchases daily for themselves as well as their technician team in BOA Works.
• Create and Maintain Purchase Orders
• Maintain and resolve any TAP account issue within 3 days
• Transmitting Quoted jobs via Trane Sales Tools/Estimator/Worksight.
• Data Updates in Scheduling and Billing Software
• Responsible for daily management of the BOM Error Report for assigned area
• Responsible for weekly management of Service Call Exception Report 
• Assist with AR Research and Collections as needed

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven experience prioritizing tasks in order to meet tight deadlines within a high-paced environment.
• Must have strong communication skills, proactive approach with willingness to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows
• Flexibility to work overtime/ weekends, as required.

 This role has been designated as Hybrid – Flex for your day. While most work must be done on-site, there is flexibility to work remotely when workflow and priorities allow. *The Company reserves the right to modify this designation should business needs require. 

Base Pay Range: $55,000-65,000
This position is eligible for a Hybrid work schedule and will be based out of our location. Flexible work from home options available. 
Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan.
