JEFFERSON COUNTY COMMISSION is Hiring a County Property Manager - Jefferson County Near Birmingham, AL

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Driver's license.
  • SRWA certified through IRWA.
  • Experience supervising by reviewing work of subordinates and training others on policies and procedures.
  • Experience using GIS Mapping or other computer database software.
  • Experience reviewing real property appraisals.
  • Experience reading and interpreting engineering design plans.
  • Experience conducting transactions regarding public property in compliance with federal funding (Uniform Act) including eminent domain (e.g., sales, vacations, leases).
  • Experience reviewing survey legal descriptions (deed preparation, plat map review, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $66,185.60 - $102,668.80 per year
