Jefferson - Center City, Philadelphia, PA is Hiring an Operations Analyst Near Philadelphia, PA

  • Bachelors Degree required

  • 3-5 years of experience, preferably in Healthcare

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

Provides providing analytical and administrative assistance in daily operations and practice/department analytics.

  • Provides project management and support to practice leaders throughout design and implementation by helping practices to:
    • Iterate on design, if needed always keeping project outcomes in mind to test whether design can support expected performance
    • Overcome perceived and actual barriers
    • Implement and sustain change
  • Collaborate with JMG Practice Analytics Department for Epic billing reports to include by clinical activity and results division, by location & by physician
  • Create and maintain reports (analytics) for Departmental Dashboards and Thresholds to include:
    • Utilizing QLIK: surgical cases, total patient visits, and new patient volume
    • One page clinical faculty monthly reports to include: wRVUs, # of sessions, and Press Ganey scores
  • Prepares materials for monthly review of outpatient metrics with key leaders; including action plan documentation and status updates
  • Guides and coordinates implementation, process improvement, policy development and change management projects with staff members, other departments and vendors involved in ambulatory care projects or other ad hoc projects.
  • Develops cost estimates, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and overall plans for projects; clearly delineates action items to participants, and provides additional support as appropriate
  • Produces monthly, quarterly and yearly reports for SKMC and JMG leadership including visit volume, patient access, provider utilization, and patient satisfaction metrics.
  • Collects and organizes data from various internal sources to create ad hoc reports for JMG leadership
  • Works with JMG leadership to assess current reporting efficiencies and lend insight on areas for improvement (patient access, provider utilization, etc.)
  • Collaborates with management, staff, and other stakeholders to identify training opportunities/gaps for new and existing employees; develop testing and evaluation procedures to ensure program effectiveness.
  • Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson.
