We are looking for a strong, motivated individual that has the ability to manage a large sales team. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Assist customers with vehicle purchase.

• Prepare, verify, and execute all sales documents with the sales department.

• Maintain the dealership reputation. Customer information is to be kept confidential while complying with federal, state, and local regulations.

• Train, mentor, and motivate sales associates while maintaining set standards and goals in sales.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong negotiation and presentation talents and skills
• Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) experience is a plus
• Professional appearance & excellent communication and written skills
• Ability to follow set guidelines and rules inside of team atmosphere

Salary: $85,000.00 to $210,000.00 /year
