Pay starting at $18 per hour however it will be based off experience.

Who we’re looking for:

We're looking for a reliable IT Desk Support Candidateto become an integral part of our team in our high volume, fast-paced, centralized IT Department located in Milford, Ohio.

 Job Responsibilities:

• Beginning knowledge of IT best practices, policies and regulations
• A clear understanding of client/server technology and network architecture
• Good communication, including writing, speaking and active listening
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Advanced leadership and conflict management skills
• Customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Great project management skills, including organization, planning, time management and prioritization

 Skills and Qualifications:

• Exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines. 
• Must be positive, personable, self-motivated, and have strong interpersonal and customer service skills. 
• Must be a team player but also able to work independently.
• High School Diploma or the equivalent
• Ability to maintain a professional and pleasant attitude under a variety of circumstances
• Ability to work with all types of people
• Entry Level IT graduates encouraged to apply.
