Position Responsibilities:

• Adheres to general safety rules, company policies and applicable procedures
• Actively participates in Planning and Retrospectives as well as Daily Scrum
• Learns / cross-trains in other totes Isotoner technologies (iSeries, SQL, etc.)
• Installs and maintains hardware and software on computer systems including desktops, laptops, operating systems, internet browsers, Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
• Helps implement and operate cybersecurity tools
• Assists in researching and recommending new cybersecurity tools and functions
• Maintains cybersecurity policies
• Monitors / reviews daily log files for exceptions
• Answers help desk questions on company-approved hardware and software
• Follows up with end users to ensure issues have been resolved
• Escalates problems to other IT Department personnel when necessary
• Researches new technologies and shares information with the IT department
• Maintains strong customer service skills
• Manages multiple projects simultaneously
• Performs other duties as required

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Ability to work on multiple tasks with minimal supervision
• Ability to collaborate across a variety of functions and with a diverse group of people required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required
• Works well in a dynamic team environment

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work in office as well as from home
• May be required to sit at a workstation for at least 8 hours per day
• Low physical effort required to sit, stand, bend, stoop, lift, push, pull, reach, and walk when working in an office environment
• Ability to carry/lift 25‐50 pounds.
• Fine manipulation when using the computer keyboard
• Near and far vision and color discrimination necessary
• Ability to communicate verbally both in person and on the telephone
