The Development Manager role offers an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of our dynamic chapter team, reporting directly to the Senior Development Manager.
Collaborating closely with local and chapter leadership, regional and national teams, and a dedicated group of volunteers, this role focuses on expanding the chapter's reach and impact within the Kentucky markets, specifically Louisville, with anticipated statewide growth.
The Development Manager plays a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of fundraising and chapter operations, overseeing cultivation opportunities, communications, and various event activities including Kentucky walks and galas.
With primary focus on peer-to-peer and individual donor giving, the Development Manager manages the entire donor cycle, from qualification to stewardship, with special emphasis on our Kentucky walk and gala programming.
This remote position is based in Louisville, KY, working from a home office.
