Construction Manager - Exterior Solutions

Key Responsibilities:

Project Oversight and Management:

• Supervise and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Manage project schedules, resources, and subcontractors to maintain efficient workflow and project milestones.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance on construction sites.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

• Lead and manage construction teams, providing guidance, support, and direction to achieve project goals.
• Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between construction activities and broader company objectives.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:

• Maintain high-quality standards throughout construction projects, conducting regular inspections and addressing any discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.

Cost Control and Budget Management:

• Monitor project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to optimize cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to maximize project efficiency.

Stakeholder Communication and Relationship Management:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication and resolving any issues proactively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
