Job Purpose:

Liaison between Account Management and Manufacturing/Fulfillment. This person must have excellent production management skills as well as high level knowledge of the manufacturing processes, costing and sourcing of raw materials and outside trade work.

Duties:

· Help Account Executives define and clarify project specifications for successful completion of the client’s project

· Estimate cost of project based off provided specification including time and materials needed.

· Develop timelines and production plan. Balancing client needs and the current manufacturing schedule

· Create manufacturing job ticket/plan for the successful completion of the project and approve any press layouts as needed.

· Daily status tracking of all projects assigned to this individual and communication of that information back to Account Executives

· Review actual job cost after manufacturing is completed to identify inconsistencies with plan

· All other duties as assigned by Production Management Supervisor

Skills/Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Arts Management preferred or equivalent work experience. Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen. Must have 3 to 4 years of working knowledge of printing industry. Must have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office functions (Word, Excel and Outlook).
