Construction Field Manager

Our Client is seeking a skilled Field Manager to oversee and manage construction projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of expertise in construction management, estimating, and project coordination.

**Responsibilities:**

- Coordinate and manage all on-site activities including scheduling and supervising subcontractors.

- Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and contract terms.

- Utilize software such as Prolog, Bluebeam, and HeavyBid for project management and estimating.

- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards.

- Monitor project progress, quality, and budget to ensure successful project completion.

- Collaborate with the project team to address any issues or changes that may arise.

**Skills:**

- Proficiency in Prolog, Bluebeam, Schematics, HeavyBid, and other construction management software.

- Strong understanding of construction processes from bidding to project closeout.

- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contracts.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team on-site.

- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols in the construction industry.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
