Job Description

Overview: Blue Yonder is looking for a self-motivated marketer to drive growth initiatives with sales and business development team for key target accounts in ANZ region. The successful candidate will bring passion, team work and an eager-to-learn spirit to the role. Will be responsible for digital and physical campaigns/events that get us noticed (and ultimately to the decision-making table) to drive pipeline and revenue. The ideal marketer has pipeline generation and campaign execution knowledge in a fast-paced environment, a business-oriented approach to reporting on results of campaigns, and a collaborative attitude with the sales organization, marketing colleagues and other departments inside and outside the company. The candidate should have a team work spirit of partnering with multiple disciplines to drive visibility, engagement and demand in accounts including sales, business development, industry strategy, product management, campaign marketing, product marketing, digital/creative teams, corporate communications, and alliance marketing. What you’ll do: Develop and execution of digital campaigns and physical events into the retail, manufacturing, and logistics industries by collaborating with sales, business development, campaign marketing, creative marketing, and other stakeholders across various channels including email, landing page, digital advertising, direct mail, virtual and in-person events, and more Work with cross-functional teams to meet and exceed the marketing plan objectives Design & execute 1:1/1:few account based marketing to key target accounts Focus on the buyers’ journey and selected personas leveraging insights into content and tactic preference by persona mapped to sales stages to deliver the right program and content at the right time. Work with sales to identify gaps in key personas and contact information within the key target accounts; and drive the development and management of all data and insights to inform the addition of other key personas and contacts as necessary into the mix and within the total account scope. Measure, analyze and report on the impact of Demand Gen programs on sales pipeline revenue (marketing sourced and influenced) What we are looking for: 5 years in the marketing area in a variety of roles including demand generation and/or field marketing Successful track record of developing and executing B2B Demand Gen programs, inclusive of executive level, and customer facing marketing programs A strong marketing discipline, cross-functional and proven project management skills to translate ideas into reality with some or little guidance Thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to pivot and problem-solve Team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders Experience with Email Automation, Marketo preferred Experience with SalesForce.com, preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Power Point and Excel Our Values If you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
