Responsibilities:

* Process new orders for assigned accounts

* Notify customers of any shortages and arrange back orders

* Work with various departments to facilitate customer requests for additional product, early deliveries, etc.

* Balance needs of the customer with the needs of the company by following defined policies for new orders and changes to reduce costs.

* Process customer returns, debits and credits

* Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask

* Candidate must be skilled in Microsoft excel (creating and maintaining spreadsheets, charts, and organizing data in an easy to understand format).

* Creating concise PowerPoint slides

* Experience with SAP Software is a plus, but can teach.
