**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of inside sales representatives, driving sales performance, and contributing to the overall growth of the sales department. **Responsibilities:** - Lead and manage a team of inside sales representatives to achieve sales targets - Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth - Monitor and analyze sales metrics to optimize performance - Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to team members - Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and support campaigns - Maintain customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction - Utilize Salesforce or similar software for tracking sales activities **Experience:** - Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or outbound calling - Strong background in customer service and technology sales - Familiarity with warm calling techniques and effective communication strategies - Proficiency in using sales software tools - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Join us as an Inside Sales Manager and be part of a dynamic team driving success through strategic sales initiatives.
