For more information, visit www.jbpoindexter.com.JB Poindexter & Co. or "JBPCO" is looking for an accomplished and results-driven Senior Salesforce Sales Cloud Lead (Principal Admin and Program Manager) to join our dynamic commercial excellence team and optimize our Salesforce.com (SFDC) Sales Cloud deployments across multiple business units. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality deployments and maximizing business value for all JBPCO business units. Expertise in Sales Cloud administration, configuration and implementation is critical to achieving business objectives. This position will report directly to the VP of Commercial Excellence.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Business Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements, incorporate agreed upon recommendations into SFDC to drive business value creation.SFDC Roadmap Development: Develop a Salesforce.com roadmap to deliver enhanced value and functionality in conjunction with each business unit.Ensure Salesforce Sales Cloud Implementations across 9 business units are appropriately scoped, implemented, and adopted. Ensure that the documentation and maintenance of configurations, designs, user roles, security profiles, workflows, approval processes, and validation rules are implemented and followed correctly.Integrate new functionalities from Salesforce.com releases, upgrades, and add-on applications – Spring, Summer, Winter releases.Reporting and Dashboard Management: Develop best practices and assist with the launch of comprehensive reports and dashboards.User Training: Ensure training materials are available to train new users on the Salesforce.com application, ensuring comprehensive understanding and proficiency, implement a “train the trainer” program for each business unit.User Adoption: Monitor user adoption rates and develop strategies to improve them.Customization: Create, design, and maintain custom objects and workflows as needed.Problem Solving: Identify issues in Salesforce.com usage and develop technical and communication strategies to resolve them.Program Manage Salesforce Sales Cloud deployments across multiple business units, ensuring successful implementation and optimization.Collaboration with IT: Work closely with IT to define and implement Salesforce architecture best practices and technical specifications.Success Metrics: Ensure full implementation of Sales Cloud in each BU, with effective training, robust lead and opportunity identification, and strong sales KPIs/reporting driven by Salesforce.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in I.T., business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.Proven track record (at least 4 years) of successful sales cloud administration, configuration, and implementation experience. Certification: At least 1x certified, preferably Sales Cloud Business Analyst, Consultant, or Senior Administrator.Salesforce Trailhead Ranger or above preferred.Strong organizational skills, including the ability to develop linkages/relationships with the company's dispersed business units.Highly developed interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to deal confidently with multiple constituents with differing levels of sophistication both inside and outside the organization.The ability to identify opportunities for increasing business value and deliver on those opportunities.J.B.
