Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a House Manager. As a House Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and overseeing the daily operations of a residential property. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain the property to ensure it is in pristine condition
- Supervise and manage a team of caregivers
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests/family members
- Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs
- Assist with residential cleaning tasks as needed
- Hire and perform training with care staff
- Assist employees with staffing issues
- Ensure House as supplies as needed
-Ability to give tours to potential clients
- Act as a personal assistant to the property owner, handling various administrative tasks
- Manage household budgets and expenses
- Coordinate events and special occasions hosted at the property
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle laundry and linen management
Requirements:
- Previous experience in property management or hospitality is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail and a high level of cleanliness
- Ability to supervise and motivate a team
- Proficient in basic computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
