Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Front of House Manager to join our team at our vibrant BBQ/Cafe, which serves as a bustling brunch spot by day and transforms into a lively bar with small bites, and BBQ Platters by night. The Front of House Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service standards during all operational hours and will help us fulfill our vision of making our venue a central hub on Freeport Blvd for community gatherings, live music, and private events.

As a Front of House Manager, you will be instrumental in bringing this vision to life and making our restaurant the place to be.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all front-of-house operations to ensure that guest services are exceptional and seamlessly integrated with kitchen operations.
- Train, lead, and inspire a team of front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding customer service, maintaining a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Coordinate with the Kitchen Manager to ensure timely service and excellent food and beverage quality.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and optimize profitability.
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and event bookings, making sure every guest feels welcome and valued.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with grace and professionalism, ensuring all issues are resolved promptly and satisfactorily.
- Ensure the front of house area is maintained to high standards of cleanliness and orderliness.
- Promote and manage the scheduling of live music and special events to maximize attendance and enhance the dining experience.
Experience and Skills Required:
- Proven experience as a Front of House Manager or similar managerial role in a restaurant or event setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest service.
- Experience in managing events, live entertainment, and a busy dining environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
