Front of House Manager

• Set up all front of concessions, gift-o-grams, merchandise, etc.
• Walk through/clean up all trash items after show in the audience AND in the Lobby/Concession areas. Recycle playbills in good condition
• Complete inventory report of what is needed to purchase for the next house manager if the position is shared.
• Display signs as needed (No food/drink, Fog, Strobe, Prices, Grams, Nonprofit, Raffle, etc.)
• Run errands & purchase concessions
• Fully responsible for leaving all front of houses clean and in good working order@ the Jaxx Theatre also includes taking out trash/recycling, putting new liners in bins in Theatre, Lobby & Restroom Areas & replenishing all necessary supplies (Paper Towels, Toilet Paper, Soap, Toilet Seat Covers)

Box Office Manager

• Label all seats as indicated in seating chart
• Run Box Office and sell tickets at shows
• Help House Manager set up front of house, as needed
• Display playbills nicely in a basket in a convenient location to monitor.
• Walk through/clean up all trash items after show in the audience AND in the lobby/concession area Recycle playbills in good condition.
• Fully responsible for leaving all front of houses clean and in good working order @ the Jaxx Theatre also includes taking out trash/recycling, putting new liners in bins in Theatre, Lobby & Restroom Areas & replenishing all necessary supplies (Paper Towels, Toilet Paper, Soap, Toilet Seat Covers)
