successfully, operate 70 restaurants worldwide and 14 concepts all capturing the
Peruvian experience in the US, South America, Europe, and the Middle East.

Summary Description
The Part-Time Admin Assistant plays a pivotal role in ensuring efficient
administrative operations, particularly in managing orders and inventory.
Proficiency in Craftable and Toast systems is essential for accurately processing
orders and maintaining inventory records. Responsibilities include receiving
orders, organizing stock, and replenishing inventory as needed. The ideal
candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the
ability to multitask effectively. Toast Payroll experience a plus. This position offers
an opportunity to contribute to the smooth functioning of the organization while
maintaining a part-time schedule.
Responsibilities
Receive and process incoming orders accurately using Craftable and Toast
systems.
Maintain inventory records and ensure stock levels are sufficient to meet
demand.
Organize incoming shipments and stock shelves or storage areas
accordingly.
Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed to prevent
stockouts.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and responding to
emails or phone calls.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the
establishment.
Follow established procedures for handling and storing inventory items.
Keep work area clean and organized to maintain a safe and efficient
environment.
Communicate effectively with suppliers, coworkers, and management
regarding inventory needs and issues.
Contribute ideas for process improvement and efficiency enhancements in
the administrative and stocking workflows.
Assist with Payroll as needed
Assist with recipe maintenance as needed
Assist with the upkeep of manuals, F&B bibles, allergies, sidework sheets,
etc.
