Miss Ink, LLC seeks to hire a part-time copywriting and editor. Duties include SEO blog writing in industries such as law and real estate, proofreading social media content, and editing content as needed by our team. Please see full details below.

Responsibilities:

• Write copy for blogs following SEO strategies and reader-friendly best practices that matches client's tone
• Write press release copy
• Develop and manage a content plan that is driven by strategy and analytics
• Work with SEO teams to develop website content
• Proofread and edit social media as well as all marketing copy for our team as needed
• Respond to our clients in a timely manner
• Manage content approval and posting to websites
• Attend meetings with clients as needed
• Interact with Miss Ink team members to assist with copywriting, strategy, and editing
• Attend team calls three times a week

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in digital marketing for companies including websites, newsletters, and social media
• At least 1 year of demonstrated experience in content writing for marketing purposes
• Demonstrated writing experience in the legal industry, education, and real estate industry in Florida.
• Strong knowledge of the business, law, real estate, and education landscape in Miami.
• Demonstrated knowledge of SEO strategies and formatting best practices for various mediums
• Experience using Wordpress, Constant Contact and Mailchimp
• Understanding of writing techniques for various purposes such as press releases, blogs, social media, etc.
• Knowledge of how to read and interpret analytics
• Skilled in using AI to assist in creating content, however, does not rely on this technology
• Able to write unique and fresh content that matches each client's voice and is written for specific client audiences
• Experience in creating and executing content strategy based on goals and analytics
• Proven success record with producing content that meets goals
• Self-motivated to study best practices
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Flexible schedule preferred

• Bilingual Verbal and Written Skills Preferred (English and Spanish)

• Highly skilled in developing content and plans to fit marketing strategies to deliver specific outcomes

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 12 per week
