Jacobs is currently seeking a Sr Subcontracts Administrator! This is a wonderful opportunity to apply your experience as a senior-level Subcontracts Administrator in a fast-paced, rapidly growing organization. This is a hybrid position.
Responsibilities:
• Provide cradle-to-grave subcontract administration in support of Federal contracts.
• Prepare and negotiate all agreements with subcontractors/consultants/independent contractors, including non-disclosure, teaming, subcontract, and consulting agreements, in accordance with the company’s Procurement Policy and Procedures.
• Provide guidance and proactively educate program/project teams on subcontract actions and various FAR/dFARs/agency compliance requirements, and other applicable Government statutes, laws, and regulations.
• Attend capture activities and provide proposal support to the program team including issuing RFPs/RFQ's and all data calls to partners/subcontractors.
• Conduct complex negotiations with subcontractors/consultants/independent contractors, including but not limited to terms and conditions and pricing.
• Create, and process, purchase orders, and change orders in the company’s ERP to provide funding within the established period of performance and work statements to subcontractors/consultants/independent contractors.
• High degree of expertise in creating subcontract files in compliance with DCMA guidelines to maintain the integrity of an approved Purchasing System
• Review and resolve issues on assigned tasks that affect company compliance, legal requirements, and overall company and customer objectives.
• Recommend possible revisions or process improvements to meet internal/external customer needs.
• Ensures that services and deliverables are delivered in accordance with the agreement’s terms and conditions.
• Correspond with internal and external customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Mentor junior staff, especially regarding procurement compliance issues.
• Monitor and evaluate subcontractor performance.

Here’s What You’ll Need\:
• Advanced knowledge of the review requirements of DCMA, DCAA, SBA, and ISO
• Experienced in working with the Deltek Costpoint system.
• Strong analytical skills to review and evaluate all types of agreements to negotiate all terms and conditions with a potential subcontractor/consultant/independent contractor.
• Advanced understanding of the FAR, dFARs, and other government regulatory requirements.
• Ability to read and understand solicitation and prime contract requirements.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative business environment with peers within the subcontracts and contracts group as well as capture and project teams.
• Advanced oral and written communication skills along with comprehensive knowledge of company policies and procedures, and workflow processes.
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office product suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint)
• Some PC repair/troubleshooting skills may be required.
• Effective time management skills.
• Must be a team player.
Attendance\:
Attendance is always critical. Must be able to work a 40-hour workweek, normally Monday through Friday. However, times and days may vary depending on business requirements. Needs to be available to work overtime during critical peaks and be available to meet last-minute requests for overtime should the situation occur.
