Our team is seeking a Systems Administrator - Senior to join our technology-based program supporting a government customer. This program will engineer and deploy a new cloud-based Digital Engineering Ecosystem (DEE) while maintaining the current legacy environments. As a Senior Systems Administrator, you may:
Support the implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of the Digital Engineering legacy networks and the new cloud-based DEE
Manage the daily O&S activities ensuring to meet availability Service Level Objectives (SLOs)
Provide Tier 2 and 3 problem identification, diagnosis and resolution
Optimize system operations and resource utilization, and perform system capacity analysis and planning
Collaborate with the ISSE/ISSO to capture evidence for ATO
Build, configure, monitor, and maintain virtual environments
Build, configure, monitor, and maintain storage environments
Required Education, Experience, & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree with 8 years' experience or an Associate's degree with 10 years' experience
Possess a Security CE certification
3 years' experience in Information Assurance technology
Experienced understanding of Windows and/or Linux administration
Advanced Troubleshooting experience
Understanding of information security principles and practices
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills:
Master's Degree with 6 years of experience
Expert level understanding of Windows and/or Linux administration
Experience with Cloud (AWS, Azure, etc.)
Cloud Certification
Experience working with an Agile team
Understanding or experience with Docker/Kubernetes
Experience with ServiceNow
