JOB DESCRIPTION 

POSITION TITLE: F&B Server 

CLASSIFICATION: Seasonal PT

FLSA STATUS: Non-exempt

The Banquets Catering Team is looking for support staff and servers. You can pick up shifts as your calendar allows. Emails will be going out weekly with events dates. The arrival time is at 2pm with dates mostly Fridays & Saturdays throughout this summer. Support staff and servers are asked to wear black pants and black shoes. Events are mostly at Rendezvous Lodge and Solitude Station.

Functions of Role: 

• Taking orders
• Answering questions about the menu and food
• Upselling the restaurants food and drinks
• Taking payments
• Communicating orders with the kitchen staff 
• Seating customers
• Helping with customer service and cleaning
