Job Overview: As an IT Support Technician, you will be the frontline responder for restaurant-related IT queries, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within an office environment. Leveraging the QuickBase platform for comprehensive documentation, you'll also bring expertise in the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of electronic equipment. This role extends beyond conventional IT support, encompassing equipment sales and warehouse management.

Core Responsibilities:

• Field and address remote IT service queries, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Act swiftly during IT emergencies, coordinating with vendors for specialized assistance.
• Diagnose, repair, and test various electronic equipment ensuring peak performance.
• Streamline warehouse operations through effective organization and management.
• Set up and configure store-specific equipment.
• Resell pre-owned computer equipment on platforms such as eBay, Facebook, LetGo, Craigslist, and similar.

Additional Tasks:

• Regularly audit equipment.
• Test Spare Equipment.
• Assist with configuring and testing new technology features
• Asset Management
• Adhere to the company's guidelines, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Prior experience in restaurant IT service or a related industry is preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, depending on skills and industry experience.
• Possession of a valid driver's license with an unblemished driving record.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Physical agility for tasks like bending, twisting, walking, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand or walk extensively, potentially on hard surfaces.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, inclusive of early mornings, nights, and weekends.
• Robust organizational prowess coupled with stellar administrative capabilities.
• Articulate communication, both in written form and verbally.
• A courteous and professional phone demeanor.
