Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Night Operations Manager tooversee our nighttime cleaning operations in Fort Wayne. The Night OperationsManager will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective executionof cleaning services during nighttime hours, coordinating with cleaning staff,and maintaining high-quality standards.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of cleaning staff andsupervisors during nighttime operations.
- Schedule and assign cleaning tasks to team members,ensuring all areas are cleaned thoroughly and according to clientspecifications.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensurecleanliness standards are met.
- Train new cleaning staff and provide ongoing training andsupport to existing team members.
- Monitor inventory levels and order cleaning supplies asneeded.
- Address any issues or complaints from clients promptly andprofessionally.
- Maintain open communication with clients and address anyconcerns or special requests.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, andsafety regulations.
- Assist with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of newcleaning staff as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role,preferably in the cleaning industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, andchemicals.
- Flexibility to work nighttime hours as needed.
