We are currently seeking a talented Mid-Level Epoxy Installer to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. As a Mid-Level Epoxy Installer at Jack Laurie Group, you will play a key role in the installation of epoxy flooring systems for various projects.

Requirements

Responsibilities :

• Prepare surfaces for epoxy installation by cleaning, grinding, and repairing as necessary
• Mix and apply epoxy coatings according to manufacturer specifications
• Install epoxy flooring systems with precision and attention to detail
• Use trowels, rollers, and other tools to achieve desired texture and finish
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations always
• Communicate effectively with clients and project managers to address any concerns or questions

Requirements :

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in epoxy flooring installation or a related field
• Knowledge of epoxy materials, products, and application techniques
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various environments
