We are currently seeking experienced Hardwood FlooringInstallers to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. As a Hardwood FlooringInstaller at Jack Laurie Group, you will be responsible for installing andfinishing hardwood floors according to industry standards and customerspecifications. Requirements

Responsibilities:

- Measure and cut hardwood flooring materials to fitdesignated spaces

- Install hardwood flooring using appropriate tools andtechniques

- Ensure accuracy and precision in all installations,including proper alignment and spacing

- Sand, stain, and finish hardwood floors to achieve desiredappearance and durability

- Inspect work for quality control and make any necessaryadjustments or repairs

- Communicate effectively with team members and clients toensure project requirements are met

- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations always

Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in hardwood flooringinstallation

- Proficiency in using tools and equipment related tohardwood flooring installation and finishing

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work withprecision

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability totroubleshoot issues as they arise

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in variousenvironments
