Position Summary

As an HVAC Residential Installer at B&W Plumbing HVAC and Electrical, you will be responsible for the installation of HVAC systems in residential properties. Your primary duties will include:

• Installing heating and cooling systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless mini-splits.
• Collaborating with the sales and design teams to ensure accurate system specifications and installations.
• Performing equipment and material assessments before starting installation projects.
• Adhering to safety and industry standards throughout the installation process.
• Conducting system testing to ensure proper functioning and efficiency.
• Providing excellent customer service and addressing client inquiries during installations.
• Collaborating with team members to complete installations efficiently and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HVAC installer.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation procedures.
• EPA certification for handling refrigerants.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
• Valid driver's license.
