Role: Responsible to cleaning all casino bars and beverage related areas. and to perform job responsibilities satisfactorily and to according to department standards. Adheres to all Company, Safety and Department policies and procedures. Fosters teamwork and provides excellent guest service, anticipates guest needs to exceed guest expectations. SKILLS/QUALIFICATAIONS: Minimum of 3-month experience preferable in a high-volume operation in hotel and casino environment. Knowledge of MSDS book and chemical usage.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATE/LICENSE: Health Card

MAJOR JOB DUTIES: Duties include, but are not limited, to the following:

• Clean rubber mats three times a week
• Mop bars every day.
• Removes spots from mirrors, doors and walls in assigned areas.
• Clean under equipment (glass washers, beer coolers, etc.)
• Deals with guests in a friendly manner, providing service and information.
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned area or the assigned job.
• Operate tools and equipment as trained.
• Report conditions that may not be up to company standards
• Clean and treat drains twice a week.
• Polish brass rails twice a week
• Wipe down ice machine and clean ice machine and drain.
• Other job-related duties as assigned.
