Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction/Insulation or a related field
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Experience with construction estimating, including cost analysis and bid preparation
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and standards in the construction industry
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and best practices for ensuring a safe work environment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other construction documents
