Responsibilities:

• Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand project requirements, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.

• Resource Management: Efficiently allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet project needs.

• Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on project progress, resource utilization, and key performance indicators.

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction/Insulation or a related field
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Experience with construction estimating, including cost analysis and bid preparation
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and standards in the construction industry
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and best practices for ensuring a safe work environment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other construction documents
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
