A Customer service associate (CSA) acts as a liaison, providing product/services information and resolving any emerging problems our customers may face with accuracy and efficiency. The best CSAs are patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative with Customers. CSAs advocate for Customers’ situations when necessary. CSAs gather Customer feedback for Company use. CSAs problem solve, with regular troubleshooting and investigating customer complaints.
CSA Responsibilities:
- Meeting with customers to provide sales assistance and sales support
- Assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Handle customer sales inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Maintain accurate and detailed sales records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
CSR Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Patience and empathy when dealing with customers
- Ability to work well in a team environment
