Summary:

Assist the Route Manager. Responsible for daily supervision of the Route System Technicians, Route Techs, and Lead Techs. Repair and maintenance of gaming related systems and peripherals in the distributed gaming environment.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities: 
• Supervises and trains all lower positions, oversees day to day operation, scheduling and productivity
• Assists in maintaining Route related inventory as needed for route operations
• Repairs and installs Route related equipment in route locations in an approved format
• Completes paperwork for jobs completed in the field in a timely and accurate fashion
• Oversees organization of all route work area and vehicles
• Maintains working knowledge of new equipment and have an understanding of the special requirements in which to support it
• Maintains a strong understanding of Route related equipment, trouble shooting and repair
• Supervises technical procedures and provides instruction and training to personnel in all areas of gaming system related equipment
• Maintains accurate and legible records for the performance of team members under direct supervision
• Provides 24/7 support assistance and back-up to the service route as the need arises
• Communicates technical information as needed to route operations
• Works as a Route Operational Supervisors as needed. 
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, as they apply to the position
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
• Previous experience working with network and systems
• Previous experience performing same or similar job duties preferred
• Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with management, staff and, co-workers
• Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Familiar with and knowledgeable of the area road system
• Comfortable driving during various road conditions and traffic patterns, including rush hour
• Proven experience providing high level of guest service
• Knowledge of slot and electronic equipment
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
• Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
• Verify right to work in the United States

Physical Requirements:
• Occasionally sit and work at a desk or computer
• Regularly stand, walk, squat, kneel, reach, bent and twist
• Constant use of hearing and vision, distinguish between shades of color, and use tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterity
• Regularly move throughout the property
• Ability to ascend and descent stairs
• Always use of vision abilities include near/far vision acuity, depth perception, color vision, peripheral vision, and adjust focus
