Assistant Managers are a working member of the store team, responsible for achieving team performance and improvements in customer and associate satisfaction and contributing to increased sales/revenues.

Assistant Managers works productively and supervises restaurant employees to ensure they perform their jobs responsibilities, so the restaurant achieves customer satisfaction and profitability during their shift.

Assistant Managers are responsible for supervising other employees and provides supervision to employees.

During each shift, the Assistant Managers motivates, directs and coaches employees to work proficiently at their assigned stations and then follows-up to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner according to Little Caesars procedures.

Assistant Managers utilizes all cost-control tools and processes ensuring the goals of food, paper, and labor are achieved during their shift. They ensure each shift is prepared to meet the needs of their customers and work diligently to ensure each customer is satisfied with the service and products they receive.

Pay is competitive and working environment is fun and professional.

Must have Transportation and willing to travel to stores.

No Delivery, just takeout.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations of the establishment
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage and train staff members, including bartenders and servers
- Coordinate and oversee catering and banquet events
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Assist with food production and preparation as necessary

Skills:
- Strong leadership and management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of bartending techniques and beverage service
- Experience in catering or banquet operations is a plus
- Familiarity with coffee preparation methods is a plus
- Understanding of hotel operations is a plus

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
