Job Summary

The mission of the Field Territory Support is to provide account services for establishments within the region assigned. This role focuses on building relationships and providing exceptional customer service to existing accounts.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop regular cadence for visiting establishments within assigned region and cultivate strong partnerships.
• Ensure assigned establishments gaming needs are met, their gaming location is presentable, and required licenses are current.
• Provide ongoing support to assigned Strategic Territory Managers.
• Distribute promotion and advertising/marketing collateral within region. Deliver promotional giveaways to establishments.
• Serve as a liaison for patrons and establishments to resolve questions and issues.
• Responsible for assisting in the collection of required paperwork, renewal of licenses and ensuring location remains in compliance with Illinois Gaming Board and other related tasks.
• Effective verbal communication skills. Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor's degree in business or similar field is preferred.

Qualifications and Experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum 1 year marketing/sales or account management experience.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers, managers, and across departments.
• Ability to travel within the region.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment

This job generally operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. The noise level in the work environment is low.
