ITS is Hiring a Quality Assurance Technician Near Canton, OH
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must have 1 year experience as a Quality Technician
- Experience with inspection tools (calipers, height gages, CMM and surface plate inspection techniques)
- Must be able to read blueprints.
- Must be familiar with CAD to enter parameters in inspection software.
- Ability to work independently as well as work in a team environment.
- 1 st shift 7am-3:30 pm Monday-Friday
- Conducts daily inspections and testing activities using a variety of inspection tools and techniques; supports production team as needed.
- Inspects materials received, finished products, and work-in-process of fabricated metal products to ensure conformance with drawing specifications.
- Performs First Article Inspections and prepares First Article Reports.
- Calibrates inspection equipment and maintains records in Gagepack database.
- Performs 100% inspection and adjustments on some lots, as required by customer
- Maintains inspection records according to company & customer standards.
