Shipping Coordinator - Mon - Fri 7-3:30 p.m.

Requirements:

Required QUALIFICATIONS:

^ 3 years previous experience in shipping, logistics or other related field

^ Familiarity with computers and MRP software

^ Forklift Experience REQUIRED

^ Ability to handle physical workload

^ Ability to multitask and prioritize

^ Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment

^ Strong organizational skills

^ Attention to detail

^ Organizational skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

^ Verify and pack product to be shipped against orders

^ Maintain inventory in Made2Manage Software system

^ Prepare and stage shipments following pick-list/backorder

^ Arrange appropriate transportation of products

^ Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

^ OTJ cross training provided

^ Will train and work in tandem with experienced and seasoned associates already on staff.

PREFERRED:
^ Minimal computer experience (Word/Excel, business software system).
^ Job Shop experience preferred.

EDUCATION:

High school or equivalent

We are a fast paced JOB SHOP team environment where all associates are cross trained and utilized in various depts. when necessary in order to assist in our goal of producing highly precise, defects free products and services to our customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
