Snelling Staffing Services is Hiring a Quality Assurance Technician Near Canton, OH
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints and inspect tools to ensure conformance with drawing specifications
- Works with Excel to prepare First Article Reports
- Calibrates inspection equipment and maintains records in Gagepack database
- Maintain inspection records according to company & customer standards
- Must be able to lift 50lbs and stand, walk, reach, and bend frequently throughout the day
- Other duties assigned as deemed necessary
- Candidate must be dependable and self-motivated, looking for stable, long-term work
- Ability to work in a team setting as well as independently
- Ability to read blueprints and work with calipers, height gage, and combo square
- Familiarity with CAD parameters in inspection software
- CMM and surface plate inspection techniques a plus
- Previous metal fabrication and 1 year manufacturing experience required
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Valid Driver's License required
- Resume required to apply
