PostNet is a franchise that offers packing and shipping services with FEDEX, DHL, UPS, and the U.S. Postal Service, as well as private mailbox rental, direct mail service and more.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN A CANDIDATE
- Previous customer service or sales experience in a retail environment
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Assist in handling customer complaints and problems in a professional manner
- Multitasking must have the ability to simultaneously process multiple tasks
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid drivers license required with reliable transportation
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, Windows operation system, and other computer hardware and software
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Notary Public certification may be required
- Assisting customers with shipping and packaging services, scanning incoming packages.
- Assists customers with their product and service needs in person, through e-mail and by phone
- Learns and operates Center equipment, machinery, and software at an expert level
- Assists customers and staff with operation of in-store printing equipment
- Processes customer sales through the point-of-sale system
- Interacts with UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS couriers, other vendors, and all store staff
- Sorts and deposits mail in private mailboxes
- Captures, complete tasks, and organizes Virtual Mail
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email
- Provide accurate and helpful information about products and services
- Follow all company policies and procedures
