We're actively on the search for a SR NETWORK MANAGER for a full time, remote opportunity. As the Sr. Network Manager, you will lead a team of dedicated professionals in providing exceptional technical network support for our vast 500 location, $10 billion organization. You'll work collaboratively with your team and peers to maintain the highest level of network performance. Salary: Competitive salary (110-140K) with bonus potential (10%)

Location: Remote, with minimal travel - Central/East Coast locations required. 

• Provide outstanding leadership, guidance, and supervision to your national, remote team of engineers.
• Apply expert skills to troubleshoot and support various IT Network technologies like routers, switches, hubs, firewalls, SASE products (Netskope or Zscaler), Access Points, 4G/5G modems, Starlink and various other technologies. 
• Apply expert technical skills and knowledge and exhibit experttroubleshooting techniques in the support of IT Network technologies
• Develop and maintain an advanced understanding of network technologies, ensuring our client stays at the forefront of innovation. ML/AI and other new tech.
• Performance Management: Oversee KPIs, SLAs, data, and insights to address potential service gaps promptly; Documentation and Reporting; Stakeholder Updates around optimized 
• Manage and optimize service costs, ensuring they align with budgetary constraints.
• Create and implement risk mitigation processes, conducting reviews to identify weaknesses in applications.
• Be Adaptable: This is a new role, designed to support projected growth of a multi billion, national enterprise.

Requirements:

• 5 years managing a 100 location network organization; having past hands on networking experience, but more importantly, Must have leadership of teams managing large networks. 
• Cisco and Meraki certifications are preferred.
• Availability for approximately 15%-20% travel for meetings and location visits. And, some weekend and after-hour work may be required for projects and assignments.
• Your strengths in communication, remote leadership, and a technical aptitude will set you apart.
