Our client is seeking a Sr Project Manager for their growing organization. As a Sr PM, you'll collaborate with business leaders, business analysts, dev team and other stakeholders to manage scope and expectations for deliverables across business and innovation programs.Reporting to the SVP, you'll identify gaps and implement project management best practices, PM workflow, while supporting business analysts and other support technologists to execute on overarching vision for our client's organization. Additionally, you'll lead change management practices ensuring effective communication of necessary information is relayed proactively and as needed. 

Location: Denver, CO - hybrid

Salary: Comprehensive package with base salary $95K-130K.

Role and responsibility: 

• Lead complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and stakeholder expectations; managing project scope, schedule, cost, quality and change requests. 
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, issues and performance metric, following best practices.
• Provide guidance, feedback and coaching to project team members through establishing and maintaining effective relationships with employees and partners 
• Facilitate regular project meetings with project team members 
• Resolve conflicts, problems and challenges that arise during the project lifecycle 

Skills:

• Experience working in multi-functional teams and ability to work/manage within a matrixed team structure 
• Agile Environment experience, Agile Coaching is nice to have.
• PMP Certs, Experience w/ Service Now SPM or MS Project, or Hubspot will make you stand apart from the crowd.
• Project / Program management experience with the ability to plan, execute, monitor and control projects of different sizes and scopes multiple interrelated projects to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. 
• Excellent Communication, Documentation and Change Management skills. Your ability to effectively communicate information clearly to various audiences, such as team members, clients, stakeholders, and senior management while mitigating and removing project variability by preparing, equipping, and supporting employees, so they can engage, adopt, and use the new change successfully will be your superpower. 
• With potential to grow into a leadership role, you'll have the ability to inspire, motivate and guide others towards a common goal. Prioritizing tasks, managing resources, delegating responsibilities and keeping track of deadlines
• Relationship Management The ability to reach mutually beneficial agreements with different parties, such as vendors, suppliers and contractors 
• The ability to identify, assess and mitigate potential threats or uncertainties that may affect the project outcome 

Education and Experience: 

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience/education 
• 5 years of project and change management and business analysis skills.
