Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, managing a team of culinary professionals, and ensuring the highest quality of food production. Duties: - Manage and oversee all aspects of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation - Develop and create innovative menus that meet customer preferences and dietary restrictions - Ensure that all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations - Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques, food handling procedures, and sanitation practices - Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the availability of high-quality ingredients - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute special events, banquets, and catering services - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment - Stay updated on industry trends and new culinary techniques Experience: - Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role in the food industry - Strong knowledge of food service management principles and practices - Proficient in various cooking techniques and cuisines - Experience in banquet and catering operations - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Exceptional organizational and time management skills - Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices Skills: - Team management - Food service management - Banquet - Catering - Bartending - Food handling - Food production - Restaurant management - Food industry - Leadership We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
