Job Summary:
The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) will develop strong, trusted relationships across the business in support of all talent-related activities. Reporting to the Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO), this role will be a vital contributor to building talent practices in a fast-growing organization going through a digital transformation. Strong alignment with the business objectives is critical to the success of this role. The Human Resource Business Partner serves as a strategic partner and consultant to management on people-related issues and acts as an employee champion and change agent.
