Isthmus Veterinary Care is a busy, family-owned small animal clinic looking for an enthusiastic Client Service Specialist to join our practice. If you are friendly, organized, and can provide excellent customer service, this is the job for you!
The Client Service Specialist is the first point of contact at our clinic and is expected to demonstrate a high level of customer service while working with clients and staff. Your primary responsibilities include making appointments, medical charting, accurately relaying messages, greeting clients, making over-the counter sales of food and pet supplies, checking appointments in and out, handling payments, answering pet care questions and more. Someone with marketing and social media experience would be a plus! Experience with AVImark a big plus!
Hourly wage is based on experience and skill level. Benefits for full-time (at least 30 hours per week) include paid time off, medical, vision and dental insurance, retirement plan with employer match, paid holidays, uniform allowance, and employee discount. Our clinic is next door to beautiful Tenney Park and only a 5 minute drive to downtown Madison. We are a tight knit group looking for a team player with good people skills.
