The Client Service Manager is responsible for maintaining advisor and client files, generating client reports, contacting clients to provide or obtain updated information, scheduling meetings with professional staff, and troubleshooting. This position utilizes excellent customer service and problem-solving skills to confidently provide information and education to clients in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
  • Create and manage client-related paperwork related to account opening, money movement, and other account maintenance tasks.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person acting as a liaison to office and clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service establishing and maintaining good rapport with customers by using positive language and anticipating their needs.
  • Assist clients with account maintenance and maintain client information with our custodian, Charles Schwab, and CRM systems.
  • Scan and file all checks, documents, statements, client notes, etc with accuracy and readability.
  • Run reports for advisors as requested such as statements, tax documents, portfolio allocations, etc.
  • Provide direct administrative support to all advisors on daily tasks and special projects.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Ability to supervise up to 3 other individuals.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years of relevant work experience with a financial services firm
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATION: None although we would like a successful candidate to obtain the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) designation within six months of starting. Holding other licenses or certifications a plus.
