Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced Lighting Project Manager to join our team. If you love lighting and like to work with a team of serious professionals, Light Annex is the place for you. We need a person with knowledge in custom lighting that can help our team grow. You will work with a team that thrives with success.
Responsibilities
· Manage multiple projects concurrently. Quickly adapt to changes in project priorities, and manage & prioritize competing tasks within and across projects.
· Be the liaison for our clients. Our clients include purchasing agents and designers
· Resolve Issues and solve problems throughout the project
· Manage changes to engineering of the product
· Manage project schedules ensuring the project stays on track
· Maintain costs based on quotes and desired profit margin.
· Work with Engineering and purchasing to review quality of our product.
· Perform other related duties
Required Skills
· 3 to 5 years of project management experience
· The ability to read 3D CAD Drawings
· Strong mathematical skills
· Superior attention to detail and accuracy
· Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
· Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
· Team player
· Proficient computer skills with Microsoft suite
· Sage – MAS experience is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
