Here’s what we’re looking for:

• 3 years of General Manager experience in a full-service (table service with full bar), high volume restaurant (250-450 covers per dinner shift), required.
• Proven track record of hiring, training, coaching, and developing employees.
• Experience working in a corporate structure preferred.
• Willingness to commute up to one hour for work or up to thirty miles one way, whichever is greater.
• ServSafe Certification preferred.

At Iron Hill Brewery, our General Managers direct the Management team, as well as the Head Chef and Head Brewer, to ensure execution of their respective operations is consistent with our core values:
PROFITS:

• Submit, approve and achieve annual budgeted PACE, sales, labor, and food cost for your restaurant.
• Create and execute numerous Marketing initiatives per year through our “Give 20” Program, Beer Dinners, “King of the Hill” Membership parties and more.

PRODUCTS:

• Maintain a high standard for customer satisfaction scores.
• Ensure 100% product quality compliance for both Kitchen and Brewery.

PEOPLE:

• Responsible for assisting the General Manager with the overall management and success of the restaurant.
• Assist with assessing, hiring, and retaining service talent, and oversee the success of the hourly training program.
• Exemplifying passion about our products, our standards, and leading the entire team to ensure that our culture of “Inspiring Loyalty” is promoted throughout the whole restaurant.
