Responsible for providing administrative support in a Counseling Office Setting. Must possess multiline phone management capabilities in support of the Practice Director and Staff.

A successful candidate must present a professional speaking voice, polished appearance, and exceptional penmanship. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Must enjoy collaborating with individuals and have a posture of service for others. Interested candidate should have excellent organization and computer skills, time management skills, be extremely dependable and be a proactive self-motivator.

• Answer / Return incoming calls
• Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task, use sound judgment and prioritize are necessary.
• Scheduling new clients and assist existing clients
• Medical billing : processing insurance claims & remits
• Managing practice management software and calendar
• MS Office) Maintaining spreadsheets & completing monthly reports
• Creating Forms / Documents in EMR
• Correspond with Insurance companies
• Effectively communicates in all forms (written, spoken, listening)
• Managing Social Media Postings
• Crafts concise, clear messages in written formal and informal documents.

Recent expertise with Medical Billing and Coding (Medicaid and Private Insurance) REQUIRED .
