Job Description
Summary
The Child Development Laboratory School at Iowa State University is seeking applications for an Early Childhood Teacher Assistant to support licensed teaching staff in educating young children, including children with disabilities.
This position assists with implementation of developmentally appropriate curricula and activities for children and families enrolled at a model program for early childhood care and education.
A primary function of this role will be to serve as a substitute in the classroom for Early Childhood Teachers when they are absent, meaning that hours worked may will be varied, sometimes on short notice.
